Stefan Schwartz took this Quicktime VR during his 1996 trip. If you read this Stefan, please say "hi!". The initial 12 analogue (!) photos were scanned by him using a UMAX-S6 scanner. Afterwards he created a Quicktime Panorama using the program "Make QTVR Panorama" on a Performa 630 with 20 MB RAM. The processing took about 1,5 hours.
